First of all please make sure the email is not filtered to the spam or junk email folder.
- Try using another email address (preferably one with the same domain as your site)
- Wordpress uses PHP mail. Perhaps your hosting does not have sendmail enabled. Please contact your hosting provider.
- Alternatively, you can use SMTP, which should always work.

You can use this plugin for example: wordpress.org/plugins/webriti-smtp-mail/
Setting up an external SMTP server, such as GMail should work. But GMail requires authentication.

Mailer: smtp
SMTP Authentication: yes
SMTP Security: SSL
SMTP Port: 465
SMTP Username: your gmail full address
SMTP Password: your gmail password
SMTP Host: smtp.gmail.com

I installed the free version of the plugin, setted it, but when I try to test if it run, it didn't send any email to the administrator mail or other mail setted on email from-> other or left blank, if I check the "send a copy" the copy arrive without problem.
I tryed many thing, the easy wp smtp plugin too and this run correctly.
May you help please?

the change from WP_MAIL to PHP was done by me, because withuot set so, the copy mail will not be sent to the costumer...

There definitely is something wrong with the accepted email adresses. I have the same problem as described.

So far I tried using four email addresses and the only one where contact emails do arrive is my Hotmail address. All other three (connected to other domains) receive nothing. (Spam boxes all checked.)

Also it proves my wordpress site does send emails. The weird thing is that on the list of email addresses in the one mail I do receive all other email addresses are also listed. That should mean they were sent, shouldn't it??? But why nothing arrivés??

So where is the problem?

Could you please check if the e-mails are being sent to another general e-mail provider, such as GMail? If the others are self-hosted e-mails on different hosting accounts, then most probably there are limitations on your server. Form Maker doesn't control to which e-mail addresses to send, it sends a command to your server, that this or that e-mail should be sent, and your server sends them to the necessary addresses. Therefore, the plugin cannot choose which e-mails to send to, if there is a problem, it doesn't send to any of the provided e-mail addresses. So please check this with your hosting provider and let us know if you need further help from us.

We have solved the issue on your website. The problem was caused because the e-mails were sent from users' e-mail addresses and some were blocked by your server. Please set the From E-mail option to a static e-mail address, preferably from the same domain. You will find this in Form Options > E-mail Options.

The issue isn't solve I set the from e-mail with a static mail([email protected]) as you write,
but in the INBOX I don't found the email either in spam.
Like I write Friday, in this and all the domain mail there is a filter,
that delete the spam over a certain score and i can't modify those score.

The score is perhaps set because those e-mails are PHP-generated e-mails, using wpmail() function. You can try setting up SMTP and maybe somehow control the score, so that the emails will be sent through SMTP and not be listed as spam.

Is there any way your hosting can drop that filter or set the score?

We solved the problem, I hope. We are hosting our WordPress site on our own virtual server and not on the shared servers of our hosting company. On this server when a mail is sent it is looking for an A-record in the DNS. It should be looking for an MX-record, but that was not yet set on our own server.

I don't know if some of the other people posting here have the same config, but if so: this might be something to look into.

I'm having the same problem as everyone else. Form entry is acknowledged by going to PageName "thanks" and submit info goes to the db but no email is sent to the entrant or the admin.
