Instagram changed its API. You need to get a new access token by using "Sign in with Instagram" button on the Settings page in order to keep your Instagram Feed WD plugin functioning after June 1.

Hi since updating my Instagram feed, the thumnails of my instagram images show far too scaled up on my wordpress site in comparison to how they appear on instagram. Any ideas in how to fix this, it must be a bug?

I am unable to download the latest version?? even when i click on the update link on my wordpress plugins it just sends me to this website where it says i have not purchased the plugin? i have a paypal receipt sent to email address that is the same for this account.

I also now have this problem with my feeds when trying to access them. (see attached image 2)

Hi guys, after I updated the plug in today. My instagram feed quit loading on my site on Safari and Firefox. It seem to work with Chrome.

Could you please try deleting and re-adding the user or hashtag you have added to your feeds? This will most probably solve the problem you are facing.

Hi - i'm using the pro version to create a WP Instagram widget and it's displaying the number of comments but not the comments themselves.

Kindly note, that the comments of Instagram posts are displayed within the lightbox of the images. Click on the comment icon to open the section.

Unfortunately image comments are not displayed under each picture on the grid.

I have a message about a new version "2.1.18". But when I go on the official plugin channel on Wordpress the "new" version is "1.1.18" so I have the message that my version is newer than the one available...

Please note, that 2.1.18 is the latest Pro version of Instagram Feed WD plugin. Whereas 1.1.18 available on WordPress.org is the free package. So you do have the latest version installed.

You can access the updated pro versions by logging in to your account of Web-Dorado.com and navigating to My Account > My Products page.

Hi! I apologize, I am a little bit of a coding novice, but I have never been able to get my IG Feed WD working correctly for my website. I installed the plugin and "Instagram Feed" appears in my sidebar, but the feed appears to continue to load (with circular blue balls that go around and around, like it's "thinking." See attached pic). The feed never actually appears.

What am I missing?
