I am having two issues on my webiste: www.joelandpen.com/?page_id=51

1. The load more icon is not loading additional photos.

2. The #JoelPen displays the correct amount of photo thumbnails but only two of them load in lightbox.

Using Wordpress 4.4.2 and Instagram Feed WD 1.0.9.

Thanks for reporting this issue.

We are already aware of this bug and our developers are working to solve it.

You can wait for our next update which will solve the issue or you can give us admin access to your website and we'll solve the issue for you before the new version release.

Thanks for getting back to us.

1. On-click broken image issue - the problem is that the profile from which the photos are taken is private. Please make sure that you use the feed of public profiles. If this is not the case please write.

2. Load more issue - Intagram was updated that's why this issue occurred, very soon we'll have a temporary solution for this. But global solution will be given in given a bit later.

1. Not a problem. Happy to wait for a fix.

2. Interestingly this is happening with a #HASTAG "#joelpen" rather than pulling photos form a specific profile. So I can't imagine the issue is caused by a private profile.

Even more interestingly all the photos that don't load are actually ones uploaded from my own instagram profile. Which is the same profile the Feed WD plugin is signed into. Should this be an issue. You see that the first photo loads then the next 15 or so do not, then it starts working again after all of the photos I uploaded to instagram myself.

Yes, you are right this is hashtag feed, but please consider that in any case it takes photos from a profile, in this case your profile photos which are under that hashtag.

Please log out from your Instagram acount then enter your profile you'll find out that those photos which are broken are not available in public.

If you have a temporary work-around, can you please publish it? This change is effecting MY WEDDING website and I'd like it working properly. I liked the infinite scroll but that's broken as well. I've had to revert to pagination, which throws controls at the top of the photos vs the bottom.

It also isn't rendering the feed on mobile devices at all.

I want it back the way I wanted it, ASAP please.

Thanks for your inquiry.

That infinite scroll issue happens only with the feed filtered based on hashtag, if you could use Instagram username instead, that would be fine.

For now both infinite scroll and pagination are not working you can just try to change Number of Photos to Display option. You can choose 32 photos at most.

As for the feed not rendering at all on the mobile devices, please give us a link to test.

I cannot filter on username. I want everyone at the wedding to be able to toss our hashtag in to post pictures. I'm not asking for 150 people's Instagram usernames.

I'm so sorry with this issue.

That was occurred after Instagram update and our team is working hard now to give a global solution to that.

For now Instagram feed based on hashtag can show only some 32 photos.

As for the feed you have sent for checking on Mobile, I have just tested it on Samsung and iPhone and the photos were rendering perfectly.

RE non-render on mobile... it turns out my content blocker was blocking it. (Crystal.) I don't know when the change occurred in your plugin, but now Crystal sees it as advertising and blocks it completely. It didn't used to do this. Suggest you test with an iOS content blocker to see where your plugin is throwing it off.

RE For now Instagram feed based on hashtag can show only some 32 photos.: Do you mean for an entire feed? I'm seeing 42 being rendered (over 4 pages). Can you clarify? Do you mean for a single page?

Lastly, do you at least have an estimate as to when the plugin will resolve these issues? My wedding is in just over 2 months and I'm ready to find a plugin that works and request a refund.

We have contacted to Crystal team to find out why they block our feed. I will keep you updated when hear back from them .

Feed based on hash-tag shows 32 photos in total. The numbers can be different because some photos are private.

Jared we estimate to have a big update in June and solve all these issues with our plugin. The loading issue will be solved in the middle of May.

Now I see that you have changed the plugin, but please be aware that Instagram will not use the old API since June 1, so please consider this while choosing other plugins.

Some of them may not be ready for that change, they may work perfectly now but may get all broken after June 1.

This is what makes us to do major update in June.

Hi Faris,

I can inform you that no Instagram plugin can show private photos, this is banned from Instagram. If Instagram doesn't allow you to see private photos in Instagram how it can allow any third party tool to show those photos, this may arise huge privacy issues.

So don't waste your time for trying to find one.
