Hello, just installed the instagram feed pro plugin on my wordpress site. The video posts are showing up the same as regular posts in my feed - how can I get them to show a play button like they would in instagram and enable to play within my site? Thanks for your help.

Could you please give us a link to the page, where you have Instagram Feed WD videos? We'll check the problem and have a better understanding of it.

Right now, from what I understand, the display is not correct. But I might be misunderstanding the problem.

Some of the istagram posts are videos but are showing up the same as the image ones...you will need to scroll down to see the video ones, ive attached a screen grab - the images where you see a hand are videos...

It should display a small play button when hovered on the thumbnail. But it doesn't do that for some reason.

Could you please open a support ticket by sending an e-mail to [email protected]? Kindly grant us temporary admin access to your website. Our development team will take a look at the problem and figure out a solution as soon as possible.

How do you increase the size of that Play button? It's too little.

Luckily, there's an option for that! Please open the theme you are using on your feed and go to Customized feed. Navigate to Thumbnails tab.

You will find an option titled Hover Icon Size, please change it to the desired pixels amount.
