I just purchased your product to include timelines in my site. After I create the timeline plugin type and safe it, it's listed as a "mention" or "follow" or "tweet" type; anything but a timeline type. Even when you create a new type, the description identifies a tweet type after selecting the timeline type.

Any idea what I am doing wrong, or if there's a problem with the product?

I am experiencing the same problem when creating the timeline. When saving the file it changes to all the other options instead of the timeline. I deleted the plugin and uploaded it again but the problem persists. Could you please assist?

This is not an issue, but a misunderstanding. Looks like you haven't added the Widget ID to your Timeline widget.

To create a widget ID, first login to your Twitter account, then you should go to Settings > Widgets page, click on edit button for the specified widget and copy the number code, which appears in the URL on the top (see the screenshots attached). If you don't have a widget there, please create a new one.

Afterwards please create your Twitter timeline widget and add the Widget ID.

Just purchased this widget and exact same problem. I've been using the Widget ID etc. but again it continues to revert to a button not a List that I want.
