Not much of service from the team here as I understand. Too bad, they have potential with nice themes.

Anyways, open your CSS-file and look after this:
#top-nav-list > li > a,#top-nav-list > li > a:link,#top-nav-list > li > a:visited {
display:block;
padding: 16px 18px 0px;
height:30px;
font-size:22px;
}

Its about the middle of the top half of the file.
