Dear Byron,

Please check if the logo image link is removed from Theme Options > General tab. If it is, you can try deleting the default logo image from Media Library. This should work, but in case it doesn't, please contact us to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and give us temporary full admin access to the site. We will take a look and fix the issue as soon as possible.

Also don't forget to indicate the forum post link in your email subject.
