I appear to having a problem with the load time for my website, which seems to be pointing towards Spider Contacts as the source of the problem. When I use Pingdom website Speed test it returns a 3.6 seconds wait for the admin-ajax.php? action=conspiderboxjsp message. My website is www.sherwood-archers.org.uk
Has anybody else had this problem and does anybody know how to cure it.

I have contacted you before with regards this issue. Last time you
installed lightbox which did not improve anything. You asked me to
look at my hosting service. I have investigated a bit further and I
can definatly say that when I disable spider conatcts my wordpress
sight speeds up considerably. Can I ask you again to have another look
at this issue otherwise I am going to have to find something else to
use which will be a big disappointment seeing as how I have paid for
Spider Contacts.
