The customization can be done by us. If you want to do that yourself try looking at the files in the plugin folder. We don't have support for that.

This response would have been a better reply to the original question along with the details of the procedure and cost.

Hopefully no offense was taken. I used to manage a tech support department. Where the answers should not lead to more questions and you never answer a question with a question. Instead of just asking them something like "what version are you running" you could say if you are running X, then do/try this or if XX do/try this.

Makes customers happy, because it can save hours to days on getting their problem resolved.

We cannot teach our customers how to modify the code to make a customization, not because we can do that for money instead, but because we literally don't have enough time to spend on that. Lots of customizations are done for free regarding the difficulty of job and time to be spent on it. Doing that by ourselves instead of teaching customers how to do that saves hours to days for us.
