Editor is not loading even after adding the tinymce editor and the description and short description box does not load

Please check if you have installed the module right. Please check this- \sites\all\libraries\tinymce\jscripts\tiny_mce\tiny_mce.js . If it is installed correctly, please give us (to [email protected]) admin access to your site, by indicating the forum post link in your email subject. We'll try to fix the problem as soon as possible.
