Is it possible to add more fields to the catalog?

I would like to use it for plants and would like to specify a scientific name, common name, growth habit, ect and would like to do it in specific fields rather than just adding that to the item details so I can just import my updated catalog every time I want to update it.

You can add more categories using Add category button in Category section and provide a name for it, which will be displayed within the list of features. Thank you.

can you please explain that more detailed. I don't undestand how to make new fields like description for the products.

You can add new parameters in categories, but unfortunately you can't add new fields like description to display in list view.
