I just purchased the calendar. I then created a calendart with a couple of events. Next I created a page for the calendar and using the button to insert the calendar into the page. In looking at the preview, I could only see the code and not the calendar itself. So I tried publishing it and previewing the published page, but that did not work. I then put it back in draft mode.

I also cannot add categories. When I try to add a category, it simply displays a blank screen where I cannot do anything.
