I've a problem with thumbnails and pictures of products. there's only a placeholder for my product-picture. In the screenshot you can see, that there are 2 slashes in the picture info. can this be the problem? and where can I edit this?

Please be informed, that these issues are unique on each website. The problem might be caused by a conflict with other plugins and/or the theme installed to your website. In order to fix the issue we need to take a look at the code of the plugin.
