I am having the same issue. Any findings? I do not have any other plugins installed. I selected the theme I want (by clicking the Star). Is there anything further I should do? Thanks.

Please note, that the star just marks the default theme. But for the FAQ's theme you need to go to Spider FAQ > your FAQ and set it's theme from the dropdown mentioned in the screenshot attached.
