Greetings. How can I upgrade to the current pro version? My purchase was more than 6 months ago so nothing shows up in my profile to download the lastest version. Thanks for your help.

Old themes do not show up in the theme dropdown when I make a new form... I tried to make a new style to copy my old settings to but it does not show up either! This is crazy!! How can apply my old style sheet?

Basically I am finding out this new version is unusable without reinventing the wheel. Old forms can't be modified with the new features.

How can I get a refund? I am so sad things have turned into this for this plugin. I can't afford to reinvent the wheel each time there is an upgrade. Please advise.
