TOPIC: Can not see new/edit field menu buttons

Jeff LaBar OFFLINE Fresh Boarder Posts: 7	Hello. I am running Form Maker Version 2.6.6 on WordPress 4.2.2 and have had this issue for awhile. Please see the attached image. When I am editing or adding a new field to a form, I cannot see the left object buttons. Please advise.
	The administrator has disabled public write access.
