Hi there,

I have installed the latest version of the plugin but still the check boxes move when clicked.

192.185.167.14/~ftravelc/?page_id=8221

This only happens in Chrome.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

This CSS code will resolve the problem:
.radio-div,
.checkbox-div {
    display: inline !important;
}

Please add it to the theme of your form.
