TOPIC: Multisite compatible?

Multisite compatible? 9 years 1 month ago #24540

Hello, I'm happy to purchase Zoom Pro for each site within a multisite setup but I thought it best to ask if the plugin should work with multisites.

I've noticed that the plugin will work and save options for the main site in the network (i.e. blog 1) but the addtional site (blog 2) doesn't save any options or even display the zoom icons within the Admin page options.

Thanks.

Dear Nicholas,
In order to make it work on all sites of multisite you need to deactivate it from network administration, install it on every site separately and then activate again from network administration.

Thanks very much for confirming it does work on multisite.

I found these steps got it working:

1) Deactivated across both sites.

2) Deleted plugin via Network Admin.

3) Drop Zoom Pro back into /plugins/ directory.

4) Activate within each individual site, i.e. not network activated.

(Activating via the network seemed to break things again.)

Anyway, all working now. Thanks again.
