I have tried different themes to see if there is a difference.

The question text looks like this: WHATABOUTTHETEMPERATURECONTROL?
(What about the temperature control?)
I am trying to change the question title parameters in the white theme, but changing the text width percentage doesn't make any difference.

The second mozilla tab gives you access to the wordpress dashboard.

Font-family, not font size. Go to Plugins list. Click edit for Spider FAQ , search for font-family in spider-faq/faq.php file and change the font-family name in #ttext<?php echo $faq->id ?>{} .
