Don't see your demo, nor my spider video on an iPad.

Is or will Spider Video Player compatible with iPad, iPhones and other mobile devices?

Dear Nico Dalle,

This version of the Spider Joomla Video Player does not have the functionality for the mobile(HTML 5). We are working on it, and Spider Video Player will support it in next releases.

Yes. The Joomla version of Spider Player now supports HTML5 and will play on i-devices.
