Hi,
I need to paste my contact’s description from MS Word but the spider contact WYSIWYG editor don’t preserve the formatting. All break lines miss when I look my contact full view. How I can fix this problem?

Can you please tell us your issue more detailed ? Do you want to say that it doesn't copy in spider contacts description in the same format as it is in MS word ?

For line breaks please use <br> tag.
