I have URL selected and have put the URL to redirect to in the URL text box, but after the form submits, it stays on the same page. What am I doing wrong?

I turned off system cache in the Global Configuration/System Settings/Cache and that fixed my issue.

I'm having the same problem. Where do I find System Cache? I'm new to WP. Thanks!

Today I noticed the same problem. No action after submit.

I cleared the Cache - that didn't help.

After disabling the Chaching system in the Global Configuration it worked again.

I think it is important that Form Maker Works with Caching system active. What is the problem ?

I have solved the problem. There was a problem/conflict with the template I was using. I just change it and the form start working perfectly.

How to connect my form into sub menu in top bar menu. Because shortcode only [Form id="11"]. Can you help me give write short command URL hyperlink in sub menu.

example:

Do you need to place the form as a submenu item? If so, please be informed, that you need to add it to a page and add that page as a submenu in Appearance > Menus of your WordPress admin panel.

Also, you can define the URL of your page with form by editing the link under the title field.
