We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience Facebook Feed WD has caused you!
Could you please check the value of Feed autoupdate interval setting in Facebook Feed WD Options? Make sure it is set to a small amount of time. Also, if you have a cache plugin, you need to clear it so the feed can be updated.
But if that's not the case, please give us temporary WordPress administrator access to your website. You can send the login information using the contact form on

. Our developers will take a look at the problem ASAP and figure out a solution.
