Hello! I installed your plugin with no trouble, and created two feeds. The news feed worked fine for about 24 hours, and then suddenly stopped. It hasn't updated in 18 hours. I have the refresh set to 15 minutes.

Not sure if it's related, but sometimes when I edit the settings and click Submit or Apply, I get an error message saying I've exceeded the number of allowed requests.

Any help is appreciated.

Don, when new content is added to Facebook, at least one user should enter your Facebook feed page in your website and after 15 minutes of the visit the content should appear.

Can you please check considering this Principe.

As for the issue you get regarding the number of requests sent, this is connected with Facebook's security, in those cases please wait a few minutes and continue working. However, this doesn't have any impact on your issue described above.

it works first of all when i uninstall and reinstall but as soon as a new post goes on facebook it never updates, i have spoken to you guys 4-5 times about this.. can it be fixed.. something is stopping it working.. it would be nice to know what it is !!!

I am facing the same issue. It worked fine for months and a few weeks ago (also since October I believe), it's not updated anymore. I have to constantly delete the facebook feed in the plugin and re-create it to have the last update. Without this manual intervention, nothing is happening.

Have you found a solution yet ? I have update the plugin a couple of days ago but it didn't solve it.

Morgane, I have just checked your website and your Facebook page, both of them show the same latest post, hope the issue is solved now.

Sorry but it actually still doesn't work. What you saw on my website is because I was so tired of the problem that I have used a complete other Facebook plugin. However I would like to switch back to the plugin that we are referring to on this topic since the display was better.

The problem is still there and seeing that other people are facing the exact same issue, my guess is that it's a general issue. The facebook feed doesn't get updated unless you delete the feed and recreate it again manually every single time.

Dear Morgane, we had this issue almost a month ago, we have solved the bug and after that users needed to unisntall, install and create the feed again. After that the feed should be updated correctly every time without having to uninstall-install again.
