Hello all! We are using the free version of Facebook WD and it works well, except it doesn't update. If I use an appId and secret, it'll update to the latest feed (we are only showing the latest facebook post), but then it will never update past that. In order for it to update, I have to remove the appId and pass, save, then add it back again (essentially manually refreshing). If I don't use an AppId or Secret, it'll work for a few days then stop updating. Thoughts? Am I doing something wrong? We are running the latest version of Wordpress and this app. Thanks!

Please check the value of Feed autoupdate interval setting in Facebook Feed WD > Options. In case it is properly provided, then there must be a problem in your plugin.

Thank you so much for your prompt response! Last night I removed the secret / app Id and it's refreshing now. Our interval is set for every 15 minutes.

Unfortunately, we use this on an internal website within our company (think splash page for reception areas). So outside access would be tricky. If I could forward any kind of log information or whatnot, I'd be happy to!

Good afternoon! The feed hasn't updated since yesterday. Removing the secret and app ID worked for almost a day, now it's no longer updating. Thoughts?

Is this because we are running the free version? Does upgrading to PRO allow it to actually refresh normally or is there something wrong with our setup? Thank you.

Please note, that there are no limitations on this in free version, the updating functionality should be working. We have one thought, though, does your site happen to have any cache plugins? Please try to deactivate them and test the feed this way.

And generally, you can disable all other plugins except Facebook Feed WD and test if the issue occurs then. If the feed will be updated properly, please activate your plugins one by one and check again each time. You will find the plugin, which is causing this issue.
