Cannot use URL for FB

Getting Error code 803 Cannot query users by username. I am entering the FB URL and it is rejecting it that I copied per the user manual. What is the issue? Any ideas?

Hi Susan,

Thanks for your inquiry.

I see you are trying to display content of a Facebook profile. Please be aware that Facebook Feed allows displaying content of a user only if you are that Facebook user and have gained your access token in Settings section.

If you are the owner of that profile then please make sure to log-in in Options section.
