I just bought the even calendar and the add on to show facebook events in calendar.

I have figured out to change almost all font, but the previous and next month shown within current month is still another font. How do I change the last bit?

And then how do I make the facebook events come into the calendar? I followed step by step, but I don't work, and I have a hard time figuring out why, especially as english is not my first language.

Regarding the font styling, could you please give us the link to your calendar page? We will check why the styles are not applied.

As for importing Facebook events, if you have followed all the necessary steps, then maybe there is a problem on your Event Calendar WD Facebook add-on.

Could you please submit a support ticket referring to this forum topic? You can do that by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. Also please grant us temporary WordPress admin access to your website.

Our development team will take a look at the problem and figure out a solution as soon as possible.

I think I have done every step to try to connect with facebook. But I am very unsure if I am doing it correctly when making the facebook app, as it does not seem to do exactly what the step by step is saying.

I am not very happy.

I answered you that the problem has NOT been sorted out.

First of all issue with font is still there.

Second of all, I needed the function of the calendar being shown from facebook events, not just imported.

Third I tried to choose import as I really need the calendar (hence why I paid for it) but even though I have lots planned in june and july, it's is not importing it, only august. And since this was not even the solution I wanted and it is also n to working I am very sad that nobody is replying to me.

Regarding the font, we did write the corresponding CSS, could you please clear your browser cache and re-check? Also please give us a screenshot, where the font is different, so we can check.

I did check my email (of course I checked it before I wrote that I didn't receive an answer), the last one I have from you is the same response as above my last post.

I have not closed your acces, so you should be able to have a look.

I got another answer from support, that I need to look into, but the font problem is still there.

That's strange, probably your mail server is blocking our e-mails out. In any case, here's the very last response we sent to you:

Dear Karen,

In that case please make sure to provide the page ID at the very bottom of your calendar. It will get the events from your Facebook page, instead of importing them to your calendar.

Also please make sure to delete the imported events, so they will not be the duplicates of the events calendar just displays from Facebook.

Yes very strange, as some of the emails is getting through and I don't have a spam-filter on that email

But none the less even with the facebookpage ID in the bottom, it does not work (it has been there the whole time, and I just tried deleting and reenter it again).

About the font issue I will attach a picture, you can se in the grey area where it says may and juli, it is not the same font as the rest.

and very weird it is now showing some events, but not all...

Not on my computer, tried emptying cache again, same result. I am using firefox and safari.

Regarding the other issues, it is showing some events but not all, very weird.

Could you please check the fonts now? We have implemented the necessary styles for Safari and Firefox.

As for the import and Facebook events preview, please note, that there are no public events on your Facebook page, that will take place before August.

There might be invite-only events on the page, but Facebook API does not let third-party applications to get their information.

Font issue is resolved now, very nice.

I don't understand the facebook thing though, as far as I can se there are only public events on my page?

And now (I havn't done anything) no events are showing, not even those in August?

I just deleted your solution and bought another from another company. Took me 5 minutes and everything was perfect, all events shown without any problems.

So of course I cannot give you a good review as I paid and did not get what I paid for, and since it all worked with another solution seems unlikely to be my fault.
