I have posted several mp4 videos and put them under a playlist set to HTML 5 mode but when I place them on a page and try to play them it displays the video player but with a blank screen. When I switch the playlist to Flash mode the videos display correctly.

Probably the mp4 you use is not for HTML5. If it doesn't fix your issue, plesae contact us again.

Thanks for the link. I tried online-convert.com and a few other converters to convert the file to HTML5 mp4 format and the video is still not displaying.
