Hello,

Not sure what happened, but all of a sudden out of the blue a couple of my product list pages are showing up blank on the front end. I did move the site to a new server on Friday, but all pages were working just fine until today.

Here's the page that is still working (and is the same format as the non-working pages):
thepathbikeshop.com/hot-deals/clearance/road-bikes

Here are the pages that are suddenly not showing up:
thepathbikeshop.com/hot-deals/clearance/mountain-bikes
thepathbikeshop.com/hot-deals/clearance/bike-frames

When I try to access the Spider Catalog on the backend, I get a page with this message:

"Content Encoding Error - The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression. Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem."

Any thoughts as to why this might happen? Thanks!

I just changed the site to PHP5.5 and it seems to be working now! Was that the only reason for the problem?

Yes, it could be, since Spider Catalog works with PHP5.3 and higher. Did you have an older version of PHP, than 5.3?
