My form is not sending a copy to the submittor when they click the box requesting a copy. Sending an email is checked in the options. healingartsfestival.com/be-an-exhibitor/exhibitor-application/ is the page. You have admin access already from a previous issue.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Please be informed, that this issue has been resolved. We have done the following changes in CFMModelForm_maker.php file, line 598:
$headers .= "Reply-To: ".$replyto."rn";
