We have been using the lite version of form maker for some time. We have always kept it up to date. This week when we tried to view the submissions for our form called "Ethos Booking" the page simply loads until it times out.

To fix this I decided to upgrade to the Pro version but the same is still happening.

We have also stopped receiving the submissions by email (due to our email client) so it is imperative that we be able to see what submissions have been made in the last couple of days. Can you please help with this.
