Embedded
Embedded view type provides a shortcode of your MailChimp form, e.g. [mwd-mailchimp id="1"], which can be placed in the content of a page or blog post. Make sure choose Embedded as the Display type, save the settings and copy this shortcode.
Afterwards click Pages > Add New from WordPress menu and paste the code in the editor area. Provide a title and additional content to the page if necessary, then press Publish. You will see this MailChimp form when you open this page from frontend by clicking View Page.
