Step by step guide


Email Options

Both administrator and user will have opportunity to receive emails after the purchase. The email settings can be fully customized. You can edit the subject and address sections, also add placeholders in email templates. There are different email types for each case- Order notification,Order failed,Order details. General Options will be applied to both emails, whereas for each recipient group you can set individual options.

Email General Options

E-mail header logo. Upload an image, which will be used as a header image in sending email to user/administrator. This can be e.g. you company logo or brand logo.
E-mail footer text. You can provide additional text as a footer to emails, such as terms and policies, refund policy and etc.
E-mail header background. Choose background color for email header.
E-mail header color. Choose header color for the email sent to user/administrator.

Email to Administrator

Send e-mail. Enable this option to send email to administrator when a new purchase is made.
E-mail to. Provide administrator’s email.
E-mail from. Choose the email which will be used as a sender for administrator’s email. You can select user’s email or fill in a static option.
E-mail from name. Fill in the from name which will accompany the email sent to administrator. E-mail CC. Fill in CC emails separated with commas.
E-mail BCC. Fill in BCC emails separated with commas.
E-mail subject. Provide a text which will be used as an email subject to administrator.
Order details Email body. Fill in the text which will be used to provide details about finalized purchase. This might include the following placeholders - Customer name, Total amount, Order details, Site URL- as well as any custom text.
Mode. Choose between HTML or text modes for email.

Email to User

Send e-mail. Enable this option to send email to user when a new purchase is made.
E-mail from. Choose the email which will be used as a sender for user’s email.
E-mail from name. Fill in the from name which will accompany the email sent to user.
E-mail CC. Fill in CC emails separated with commas.
E-mail BCC. Fill in BCC emails separated with commas.
Order notification Email subject. Provide a text which will be used as an email subject for payment process email.
Order notification Email body. Fill in the text which will inform the user about payment process.
Order details Email subject. Provide a text which will be used as an email subject for purchase details.
Order details Email body. Fill in the text which will be used to provide details about finalized purchase. This might include the following placeholders - Customer name, Total amount, Order details, Site URL- as well as any custom text.
Order failed Email subject. Provide a text which will be used as an email subject for failed process.
Order failed Email body. Fill in the text which will inform the user about payment failure.
Mode. Choose between HTML or text modes for email.
