Integration with Web Services

Integrating Third Party Code

In many cases, you would want to integrate your website with multiple web services such as Google Analytics. To do the integration, you need to enable the WordPress site code editing. To do that, in admin panel:

  • Go to Appearance > Theme Options > Integration.
  • In the Main Integration group, select the checkbox that best suits your needs. The following options are available:
    • Enable head custom code, which enables adding code to the header element of all pages of your website. Disabling this option removes the code from your site (the code is saved and can be used later on).
    • Enable body custom code, which enables adding code to the body element.
    • Enable single top code, which you can use for adding code to the top of all single posts.
    • Enable single bottom code, which you can use for adding code to the bottom of all single posts.
  • Click Save Settings to apply the changes.

Adding Banners

To add advertisement banners, which will appear below the single post content:

  • Go to Appearance > Theme Options > Integration.
  • In the AdSense and Advertisement Integrations group, select the type of advertisement service that you want to use:
    • AdSense – Google service that adds its own banners automatically, while you need to add the code provided by Google upon your registration for AdSense services.
    • Advertisement – WordPress basic feature that enables you to add banners manually. You need to upload a banner image, specify target site URL, image title, shown when user hovers over the image; and an alternative text, shown if image is not loaded correctly.
  • Click Save Settings to apply the configuration.
