Step 6: Publishing the created form.
6.2: Displaying the Joomla form in a module position.
6.2.1 On the top menu select Extensions > Module Manager .
6.2.2 Click on “Form Maker Module”.
6.2.3 On the left side select the Module Assignment and Position.
6.2.4 Set status to "Published".
6.2.5 On the right side you will see a field for selecting a form. Click on Select button and choose the form you want.
