Form Maker

Step by step guide

Step 7: Managing submissions of the Joomla form.

7.1 On the top menu select Components FormMaker Submissions.
7.2 Select a form.
7.3 For each form certain types of statistical data are available:
- Entries: The number of submitted forms.
- Views: The number of times the form has been viewed.
- Conversion Rate: The percentage of submitted forms to the overall number of views.

The forms capture the username and the email address of the logged in users of the website.
The IP field will be available with all submissions. By clicking on the IP address a separate pop-up will be opened displaying the IP details, including the country, city, timezone and etc.

7.4 For the forms that contain checkboxes, radio buttons, select fields, as well as shipping option of the PayPal field a separate statistics is available. It shows how many times a particular checkbox/radio button has been checked, and what the ratio of that number is to the overall number of checks.
7.5 In the Stats section you will be able to browse statistical  data using specific date range and type of the field.
7.6 There is a possibility to search the submissions database by all the relevant fields of the given form. Submissions can be sorted by any of the fields of the form by clicking the labels.
7.7 You can delete any of submissions by selecting them and pressing the “Delete” button on the top of the page.
7.8 It is also possible to edit the submissions by clicking on the “Edit” icon on the upper right corner of the “Submissions” section. The submitted form will open within the Form view and you can make the corresponding changes.
