I like the plugin and hope you can help with following question:

Is it possible to configure the calendar for other user's role than admin only? If not, could you help to create a version with that feature?

I want to offer a simple version that the members could keep their appointments/meetings and that other team-members can view it. I think of a very simple front-end interface to maintain the agenda list.

Unfortunately our plugin doesn't have such functionality. You can try to use Advanced Access Manager plugin.
