I can add a user on the demo version but I can't on my pro version on the site. Nothing happens when i click save or apply buttons.

Could you please let us know which of Web-Dorado products do you use? Is it Team WD?

In any case, this is most probably a Javascript conflict on your website. Could you please give us temporary WordPress administrator access to your website? You can send the login information using this contact form .
