Can you please advise is there is a way to create my own page templates within the Business Elite theme?
If not, is there away to modify and save the existing templates?

Of course there is a way to create new templates in Business Elite. Just please make sure to add the .php file to Business Elite folder and include header and footer functions in it, in case you would like to display them.

Also, we would recommend you to use Child theme for this purpose, so your data will not be cleared out, in case you update your Business Elite.
