the feed is working on all pages on my website except the shop page and when I deactivated woocommerce plugin the feed works so how can I make the feed work when woocommerce is activated

Could you please check Javascript errors on the page, where WooCommerce plugin is enabled? There might be a Javascript conflict originated in WooCommerce.

If you are not sure where the errors are coming from, please give us the link to your Instagram feed page (WooCommerce enabled). We will take a look at the conflict.
