Hi,

As per the image attached, when I put a link onto Circles/Rectangles/Polygons, they open in a new tab.

I'm linking to content on the same website, so the links must open in the same browser tab.

How can this be changed please?

There should be an option in the settings such as "open in new tab" and have ability to check/uncheck that.

Can someone get back to me asap please as this should be possible.

Unfortunately there are no default options to change this, but we can make a small code change for you and make the links to open in the same window.

I've submitted the ticket again as you requested. However the only reason I posted this on the forums was that I submitted a support ticket a few days ago and no one responded. The support ticket says "Support within 24 hours (exception Sundays and holidays)". It's been a few days now so why is that?

Thanks and yes your emails were being caught by Office 365 Quarantine. This is very rare, is there a reason why your emails from web-dorado.com would be marked as spam?
