Hi, I've been appreciative of the maps generated with Google Maps WD, but I'm running into a little problem. I've been relying on the info window attached to the location marker as a way to display my address, but now that info window shows up as an empty little box. Nothing I can do to fix it so far. Any thoughts?

I have the same problem.
I cannot send you website url because it's in developing server.

I have noticed that in "advanced settings", there are 2 flags:
- show title
- show address
in tooltip marker.

If I flag them and save, it doesn't save my choose and leave flags empty.

Please make sure you have the very latest version of Google Maps WD. The newest free version is 1.0.25, yours is 1.0.12, and there have been many bug fixes since then.

The glitch will most probably be resolved after you perform the update installation.

I'm also having the same problem. Info windows appear as blank with no content being displayed.
My checkboxes in Advanced Settings appear to OK.

We doubt that this might be a bug, but unfortunately we cannot replicate it on our end. And did not yet have a support ticket, where we would be able to check the problem.

Could you open a ticket? You can do that by submitting this form and sending temporary WordPress administrator access to your website. Our development team will take a look at the issue ASAP and provide a solution.

I am happy to inform you, that the problem regarding maps info window been sorted out!

Please note, that we have added an option to Maps > Settings > Advanced Settings, where you need to select what to display in info window (check the attached screenshot). The info box will be empty, if no options are selected.

If you are still facing this problem, please install the next update, when it comes out. Our developers have made some changes, which sets new options to database tables upon activation, rather than installation.

just upgraded to 5.0.28 and this is now happening to me.

When i enable one of the new checkboxes for info window... they are not saved.

What can i do?

Could you please try deactivating the plugin and activating it again? It depends from which version you switched to 5.0.28, but activation will trigger necessary options, and the problem will most probably be fixed.
