Could you please try the following solution? Navigate to Team WD > Styles and Colors page and edit the theme you are using on the team you have published. Press Update button, so the styles get applied properly. Let me know if this helps.

If the problem will not be resolved, please give us temporary WordPress administrator access to your website. Our development team will take a look at the problem and figure out a solution as soon as possible.
