How can I prevent the form data from resetting after pressing the Submit button?

Yes, I would like the data to be saved and sent to the appropriate emails, just don't want the fields to clear after hitting the Submit button. So the quantities entered will remain in the input boxes. I have two side-by-side forms going to different emails; one will be submitted first and the data entered needs to be compared to the second form on the front end after submission. Screenshot included.
