Reorder items on front page of Business Elite

Is there a way to reorder the elements on the home page of the Business Elite theme. Mainly I would like to move the featured post closer to the top of the page.

Unfortunately Business Elite does not provide quick options to resolve this problem. However, we can make a customization on Business Elite Pro for you.
