I have used spider video player in home page.
And this player will be effecting the text boxes in home page, when i try to type text in text box it's not working.

Please note, that unfortunately, autoplay is generally disabled by mobile browsers, rather than Spider Video Player (or any other video player). Check this blog post, which precisely describes why the browsers disable the autoplay.

Quoting:
"iOS not only prevents autoplay but also preloading the video until the user initiates it.

Android has disabled autoplay in versions 4.1+."

Also some of laptop are not auto-played videos, i have check my site everything working fine but my client have this issue.
He using chrome in windows 8.1

I don't why this was happening only for him.

The same action happened in his laptop video play button in the state of pause but video not played like mobile version.

There could be a conflict with a browser extension on your end. I have just tested with Google Chrome on a Windows 8.1 computer, but the autoplay was done properly. Could you please check this animated screenshot ?

Here also i can't found any problem with video auto play.

But client side having an problem, he also checked in Firefox and IE but the issue is same.

Is, there any minimum requirement for video player that means flashplayer version or some thing related to system requirements.

There are no limitations on Flash Player versions. However, it would be best if the latest update was installed.

And as I mentioned, there could be a conflict with browser extensions on your client's computer. Could you please ask them to check the player after disabling all browser extensions?
