All videos are playing properly. Can you please tell us your issue more detailed?

They are working now, but only if I make the id value 0, i.e. only plays in Flash, which means it doesn't work on iOS devices. If I chose 1 it doesn't play at all. Also the loading is VERY slow. I could use some suggestions about speeding it up as well. Thank you for the help!

The videos you are using are from youtube. That's why it is not working on iOS devices. Please convert your videos to .mp4 and they will work on iOS as well.

Youtube doesn't allow other plugins to set videos in HTML5 format. You should convert the videos to .mp4, .ogg or .webm format.
Youtube videos work in HTML5 only with standard Embed iframe videos.

It seems you are having issues with format incompatibility , convert your format to compatible one,it's wrong to submit to youtube in html 5

I have 3 videos on my play list. They are all in MP4 format and they are all hosted in the same Amazon S3 bucket. Two of the three play vey well, but one does not load. The one which does not play was made in Movie Maker and is about four minutes long. The others were made in VideoMakerFX and are both just over a minute long.

This is so frustrating. Any suggestions as to why this is happening and what can be done to fix it?

I am having the same problem again with an MP4 video hosted on Amazon Web Services that was created using Windows Movie Maker in 1920 by 1080 resolution. I checked our mailing database and looks like the final support was provided by Amazon Web Services, since the issue was initiated from their service.

But in case you updated your CMS, for example, the problem can be originating from a different cause.

As one of the videos that did not play was on You Tube, I thought it was a general problem. However, the problem has persisted since deleting that video from the player and replacing with a new video hosted on Amazon S3. One factor the new and old videos had in common was that they were the only ones created in Windows Movie Maker and it was only these movies I was having problems with.

The new movie is a public file that plays directly from the Amazon S3 URL. More on a whim than anything else, I went back into Amazon S3 and reconfirmed the settings. Now the <deleted> thing plays perfectly.

Many thanks for your help in resolving this issue with Amazon S3. I no longer have any You Tube hosted videos on my website.

Awesome! We are very glad you have figured the cause of the issue! Probably Windows Movie Maker is encoding the videos in a way, that are not web-acceptable. And that is why the player does not play them properly.
