Did I read correctly in a Forum reply that Vimeo URLs are not supported in this player?

Yes. Vimeo does not allow to use your controls instead of it's own in your player. So even if we'll embed the video link it will be a player inside another player and only the vimeo's own controls will work.

By the way the refund is done.
