Love the player as it seems to support more platforms than any other I've tried, but the only problem is the very long time before a video starts playing. Is it buffering the entire video? If so, can it be made to start playing after only buffering a little. Users on my website are giving up whilst waiting as they think it isn't working.

The player is buffering the video by chunks. Probably the problem is caused by your hosting service.

I had the same problem - but this helped big time.

We use Handbrake to convert our files to MP4. Took forever to load even on small vids. Then we noticed an option to "Web Optimize" when converting - Now it loads real fast
