I am trying to display a spider video player in a post, specifically in "Home Slideshow Text" within a homepage post. All that displays is the shortcode:

[Spider_Video_Player id="2"]

I tried inserting the following into the functions.php file but did not resolve:

add_filter('widget_text', 'do_shortcode');

It's quite strange. Could you please give us (to [email protected]) admin access to your site so we can take a close look at your problem and fix it as soon as possible.

Tyson, I've found that if you're putting this on a page instead of in a post, you need to select something other than 'Default Template', on the right side of your page editor. Perhaps that's the problem, here?
